Primary Therapist
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Resilient and grounded, able to hold space for complex and emotionally charged cases,
- Passionate and creative in their clinical approach,
- Strong in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex clinical impressions into meaningful, accessible language, and

Main Functions:
- Serve as a psychotherapist conducting screening, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, multidisciplinary treatment team consultation, and overall program service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and document biopsychosocial assessments, including the development of initial diagnostic impressions.
- Provide and document individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Write comprehensive diagnostic evaluation reports that authentically capture each client’s experience and inform individualized treatment.
- Participate actively in daily clinical team meetings.
- Develop treatment plans, discharge plans, and aftercare plans in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain communication with families and other key stakeholders in the client’s support system.
- Adhere strictly to program policies, procedures, and professional ethics, with a focus on cultural humility and inclusive care.
Qualifications
- Licensed by the State of Texas as an LCSW or LPC.
- Minimum of three years of licensed mental health clinical experience.
- Exceptional clinical writing skills strongly preferred.

Clinical Case Manager (Full Time Employee)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team. In this role, adjust and monitor individualized treatment plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families throughout their care. You will collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, and direct care staff to ensure seamless, integrated treatment.
Responsibilities include coordinating admissions and discharge planning, facilitating referrals to outpatient programs and community resources, providing crisis intervention and emotional support, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, and are committed to delivering exceptional care in a supportive and dynamic environment that prioritizes dignity, respect, and best-in-class outcomes.
